Following on from our successful phonics workshops this week, Miss Guppy and Mrs Palin will be leading some practical workshops about how you can support your child with their reading fluency or ‘speedy reading’ as we call it. This is a priority for us as a school as we know that once children have grasped this, they can improve in all aspects of reading. These are specifically for parents of children in Year 1, Year 2 and some year 3 but all
parents will be welcome. These will be on 14th October at 2.45 or 16th October at 9.00
(you only need to attend 1).
