You should have received a letter with more information about these events earlier this week. Over the half term holiday, why not take the opportunity to learn a poem together and encourage your child to perform it on the 6th February.

Please ensure that your child is wearing the correct uniform or PE kit. If children are not in correct uniform they will be given spare uniform to wear or you may be called to bring in correct uniform. Shoes should be black (trainers are acceptable but must be ALL black).
Please DO NOT book holidays in term time as this significantly impacts your child’s social and educational chances as well as their progress. Holidays of 5 days or more will not be authorised and will be referred for a Fixed Penalty Notice which could lead to court action.
There will be a basketball event on Tuesday next week and netball on Thursday, please look out for more details of these if your child is involved. There will also be a gymnastics event the week after for some pupils in years 3 and 4.
