Please ensure that your child does not wear jewellery to school. This is NOT part of our uniform and in some cases it can be dangerous. Only stud earrings should be worn.
The Sports’ Days will be as follows: Tuesday 8th July- Years 3 and 4- 9.30-11 (approx) Tuesday 8th July- Years 5 and 6- 1.15-2.45 (approx) Wednesday 9th July- Years R, 1 and 2- 9.30-11 (approx) These will take place on North Mundham Playing Fields and parents and carers are invited to come and watch.
This year the transition day for the local area is Wednesday 2nd July. On this day, Year 6 will be visiting their new schools and all other classes will spend the morning with their new teacher. This has now started and will be every Thursday lunchtime. If it isn’t a PE day for your child, they should bring kit to change into- they will not be permitted to run if they don’t have trainers as it can be dangerous.
Reminder that next Friday (23rd May) is INSET day for all pupils.
Year 6 pupils need to bring their bikes and helmets to school on Monday (they can be stored safely until Thursday) for their bikeability training. They can wear PE kit all week.
Choir members from Years 4, 5 and 6 are going to Parklands School to join other local schools in a Big Sing morning.
Reminder that all children can come to school wearing pyjamas in exchange for a pound that will go to the charity Booktrust.
